Sarah is a licensed master social worker, disability justice advocate, and social science researcher. She is fluent in American Sign Language and has worked as a Nationally Certified American Sign Language interpreter for over a decade. Sarah works with teens, adults, families, and couples. Conner graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY, and is a licensed master social worker in New York State, as well as a board-certified music therapist. Toni is a Licensed Master Social Worker, who has dedicated her life establishing relationships with families helping them build bonds to become more successful with their goals for change.
